1.  Privacy - Personal information is not sold, rented, or used in any other way without your permission, within the boundaries of the Law of the United Kingdom.

2.  Payment - All orders are to be paid for before shipping.  Orders not paid for within 2 working days for online and 7 working days cheque/postal order will be declined.  Please see Privacy Policy regards online payment security and our website.

3.  Postage - Items will be dispatched the first posting date to payment clearing into our account.  All items are posted 2nd class, or airmail if overseas.  Free postage is available to UK and BFPO addresses only.  Please contact us in advance of ordering for an up-to-date postage quotation for your overseas area.

We obtain a certificate of posting for all orders.  For orders over £35 we will take out additional compensation at no extra cost to yourselves.  Please see the Royal Mail website for details of  their compensation charges and terms & conditions.

4.  Returns - We will accept returns on any item you are unhappy with if returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened if applicable, additionally proof of posting and appropriate additional compensation must be obtained. We are happy to refund the item price, however we are unable to refund any postage costs including returns.
